Rules
1. The problem to be addressed must be clearly defined.
2. Experts to be interviewed must cover all aspects of the problem.
3. Questions to be asked must be related to the problem.
4. Questions must cover all aspects of the problem.
5. Analysis must include all the experts' answers.
