Object or form
Often used in interviewing experts about their explicit or implicit knowledge particularly about a problem with social implications. For example, it might answer a question such as “How will climate change affect people in differing socio-economic classes?”

Rules
1. The problem to be addressed must be clearly defined.
2. Experts to be interviewed must cover all aspects of the problem.
3. Questions to be asked must be related to the problem.
4. Questions must cover all aspects of the problem.
5. Analysis must include all the experts' answers.

1. Define the problem.
